The horticultural business can be demanding
and labor intensive. We are always looking for people that are
willing to work, be dedicated to serving our customers with the
quality and consistency that we demand, and that enjoy being in the
outdoors. If this type of work interest you, we would encourage you

We have full time, part time, seasonal and 12
month a year positions that we recruit for. We base operations for
Blue Heron
Nursery and James Rose
Outdoor Services, Inc. out of our nursery in Geneva. We cross
over our crews between the nursery and our landscaping business,
depending upon what our needs are for the day. Each employee starts
the day at our Geneva facility at 8:00am and typically finishes
there at 4:30pm.
